Its location is really strategical. It is near one of the most
beautiful Venetian churches : S. Maria della Salute. Its position
is very important, because it is located at the entrance of the
Canal Grande and it is part of the town-quarter Punta della
Dogana.
The house is located in the "Zattere" zone,
a large walking area from Punta della Dogana to the Sea Station,
where the biggest crusiers boats start their journeys.
